Purify Blood

Various factors cause tainting and deterioration of blood. Following the law ”Flowing water will not go bad”, blood stays in good condition while it’s circulating smoothly in the body. On the contrary, when blood flow is poor, blood is more likely to become foul and toxins tend to accumulate in cells. A body constitution with “sensitivity to cold” also contributes to the tainting of blood, as the ability to burn waste matters in blood is compromised.
Decreases in lymphocytes and macrophages, which eat waste matters, also lead to the defilement of blood. You can purify your blood using the following methods:

(1) Correct poor blood flow.

(1-1) Warm your body.

Cancer cells start to disappear when body temperature is raised to 39.3 degrees Celsius, while they increase when body temperature drops below 36 degrees Celsius. The first thing you should do curb cancer proliferation is to warm your body using a hot bath, spa, sauna, hot water bottle, or warm clothes. Stay in a tub that is not exceedingly hot and promote perspiration. Foods that help you warm your body and promote blood flow include vegetables of the genus allium in the onion family, such as green onion, onion, Chinese chive, garlic, and scallion.
Cancer cells do no harm in the body unless their number is growing, and there is no reason worry about them at all.
